稽核與其他評估

COMPLIANCE AUDIT AND OTHER ASSESSMENTS

The CA SHALL at all times:

1. Comply with these Requirements;
2. Comply with the audit requirements set forth in this section; and
3. Be licensed as a CA in each jurisdiction where it operates, if licensing is required by the law of such jurisdiction for the issuance of Certificates.

憑證機構（Certification Authority，CA）在任何時刻均應（SHALL）：

1. 遵循《基本要求》規定；
2. 遵循本節所定之稽核要求規定；及
3. 若 CA 營運所在地法律規定，簽發憑證須取得主管機關許可，則 CA 應於各營運所在地取得許可。
